1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our services — which include digital delivery, custom configuration, strategy consultation, and access to proprietary frameworks — all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
One-time strategy calls or consultations
AI system builds, workflow design, and automation setup
CRM configuration and account integrations
Access to digital products, tools, or templates
Monthly subscriptions for ongoing service or support
2. Subscription Terms & Cancellations
If you have enrolled in a recurring subscription or monthly service plan:

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time or services during the current billing cycle
Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your next billing dateto avoid future charges
3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
No service or digital product has been delivered
A written refund request is submitted within 72 hours of purchase
There is no record of system access, delivery, or consultation time used

4. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your concern may result in:
Immediate termination of service

We take chargeback fraud seriously and reserve the right to dispute any unauthorized payment reversals with your issuing bank or credit card provider.
