Welcome to Opsynx AI, a software platform developed and operated by Fairly Frugal Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our websites, services, platforms, or communication tools (including SMS, email, and forms), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer SaaS automation consulting, systems implementation, and done-for-you services utilizing third-party platforms such as Go High Level. We assist clients with custom CRM setups, AI system deployments, and results-based service automations. Outcomes are dependent upon specific market conditions, user behavior, and revenue forecasts. Results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on implementation, industry, and client business model.
2. Use of Proprietary Materials
All content, templates, frameworks, strategies, and systems displayed through client services, on client portals, or within platforms are the intellectual property of Fairly Frugal Solutions LLC. They may not be copied, distributed, duplicated, or reused in part or in whole without prior written permission.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
All services are subject to upfront payment. Monthly subscriptions (if applicable) will be billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled in writing at least 3 business days before the billing date. All sales are final. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel a service at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations stop future billing but do not qualify for a refund unless an agreement was made in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of breach of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability
Fairly Frugal Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or third-party platforms. The maximum amount of liability shall be limited to the total amount paid to us within the last 90 days.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without reference to conflict of laws.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate data and timely information, including account access or required materials, to allow us to deliver services. Damages caused by user error, failure to act, or violation of platform rules shall not be the responsibility of Fairly Frugal Solutions LLC.
8. Use of Third-Party Tools
Our services may include the use of tools such as Go High Level, Twilio, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for changes, data loss, limitations, policy updates, or downtime related to these tools. Clients must agree to comply with the respective policies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
